DanceWorks CoWorks presents International- award winning Canadian artist Meagan O’Shea’s bilingual dance-theatre show

at The Theatre Centre, in Toronto.

CFF is delighted to promote We Don’t Need Another Hero, featuring Finnish on the 9th of April at 8pm.

Inspired by the Occupy movement and the dilemma between complacency/convenience and action/discomfort, We Don’t Need Another Hero is part performance, part communal catharsis, and experiential spectacle. It includes a dance-theatre solo with different language translation each show; an immersive sonic experience that turns the audience into a mob; contemporary dance duets exploring the inherent tensions in all relationships.
